Local Municipalities
There are two local municipalities that fall in the Metsweding district. Nokeng Tsa Taemane and Kungwini. The Nokeng Tsa Taemane Local Municipality’s area of jurisdiction is located within north eastern Gauteng.
The Kungwini Local Municipality covers Bronkhorstspruit, Ekangala, and Bronberg.
