Procedures for registering your company
The Process
Metsweding District Municipality invites prospective Suppliers/Vendors to apply to be registered on its Suppliers/Vendors database in compliance with the Municipal Finance Management Act 2003, (No.56 of 2003).

Requirements
Documents
To be registered, vendors are requested to submit the following documents:
Application forms are available beginning on the 18th of August 2008 at Office No. 5, Metsweding District Municipality, 287 Iridium Street, MEEC Building, Ekandustria, 1028
Registration fees are payable as follows:
| Catering | R100.00 |
| Training | R200.00 |
| Consulting | R200.00 |
| Construction/Contractors | R150.00 - Must have a CIDB Certificate |
| General Suppliers | R100.00 |
| Repairs & Maintenance | R150.00 |
| Security Services | R150.00 |

Important Note
Suppliers/Vendors who were previously registered on the Council's database are kindly requested to update their information as soon as possible. In addition, suppliers/vendors may register for only one field or service of their specialisation.
